Living with gut issues can be exhausting
More people than ever are searching online and using AI to understand their health. That can be helpful — but it can also feel overwhelming. You might know something isn’t right and feel ready to deal with it, yet have no idea where to begin.

Many health issues are connected to digestion. In theory, it should be simple — food goes in, nutrients are absorbed, waste comes out. In reality, it’s often not that straightforward. Bloating, wind, reflux, irregular bowels — they’re common, uncomfortable, and rarely talked about properly. I’m happy to talk about them.

Your body isn’t generic, and your gut health shouldn’t be treated that way either. You’re shaped by your biology, your history, and your day-to-day life. I aim to make sense of what’s going on and support digestive health using a personalised, evidence-based approach to nutrition.
Welcome
I became a Nutritional Therapist after living with Irritable Bowel Syndrome for many years. I understand how uncomfortable and often embarrassing gut symptoms can be. Bloating, wind, constipation, diarrhoea, reflux - I’ve experienced all of it.

Just as my symptoms began to feel more manageable, I received a life-changing cancer diagnosis – it was colorectal cancer. Everything I have experienced has given me a deep respect for the gut and its role in both sickness and health. I now support people who are dealing with complex digestive issues.

Work with me
I work with people on their health one-to-one as a Nutritional Therapist. I also give health and wellbeing presentations for businesses and write nutrition and lifestyle articles as a nutritionist.

I loved Becky’s insta page. From our very first call, I felt empowered and at ease with a clear plan to start making the right adjustments to my day. I’m nearly a month in and look forward to every session.
Ally
Becky was extremely knowledgeable about nutrition, very professional and a terrific listener. I'm so grateful to Becky for all her help and advice and am feeling very positive for my future.
Emma
At the start of this journey I felt unhealthy, I had low energy, my sleep was poor quality and I was unhappy in myself. Becky is approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble at any time.
Here’s what my clients say
This is important to know
I am proud to support clients with their health journey. I have undertaken the System Approach to Cancer training ( a post-graduate, BANT-approved programme with NTEC accreditation), which enables me to integrate nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. My approach is to consider the overall health of the person. I do not diagnose or treat disease, and I work alongside a person's primary care team. Working with me is not a substitute for medical treatment and care.
